In which case can I ask for an exchange or return?
You can ask for an exchange or a refund if:
The jewelry has arrived defective.
The wrong jewelry has been sent.
The wrong size of jewelry has been sent.
Exchange and returns
If you wish to ask for an exchange or a return, please contact us via our contact form. Please specify the reason for which you ask for an exchange or a return in the message. Please support your claim with pictures if possible.
When our team has approved your exchange or return, we will contact you to confirm the exchange and return.
In the case of a refund, the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
In the case of an exchange, you will be able to purchase another item of jewelry of the same or lower value of the exchanged jewelry.
Returning the jewelry
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the jewelry to us. We cannot be held responsible for packages damaged or lost in shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mal service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the package of proof of received return delivery.
In order to for the jewelry to be eligible for an exchange or a return, please make sure that:
The jewelry was purchased in the last 7 days.
The jewelry is in its original packaging. The package must contain all original elements in perfect condition.
The jewelry has not been worn or used.
