Swap of jewelry piece

Given the event where you've lost touch with your iva mei piece, you have the option to send back your jewelry piece. In exchange, an iva mei coupon code worth 25% of the value of your jewelry will be offered to you. This way, we will upcycle the freshwater pearls from the piece to create fresh new jewelry, and you will have the opportunity to enjoy a new iva mei piece, . Shipping fees to receive your new jewelry piece will apply.

Replacement of hardware & string

Given the event where your iva mei jewelry piece shows signs of use, it is possible for you to send back your jewelry piece for replacement of hardware and string. We will replace the gold hardware (e.g., clasp) and the string for a fee (to be determined based on the type of hardware). Shipping fees to get back your freshly renewed jewelry piece will apply.

Shipping your jewelry piece back to us

You are responsible for the cost and risk of sending your jewelry to us. We can not be held responsible for packages damaged or lost in shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mal service.
